Monika Antonelli is a librarian and voice actress based in Mankato, Minnesota. She's best known for voicing Puar and Chiaotzu in Funimation's English dub of Dragon Ball, roles that earned her a cult following for her distinctive high-pitched, cute character voices.
Before landing those iconic parts, Antonelli worked as a librarian at Denton Public Library in Richland Hills, where she also voiced the library's mascot, Whiffles the Bunny. When Dragon Ball Kai came around, the distance between Minnesota and the recording studio made it impossible for her to reprise her original roles.
