Formerly working in production at Plum, Norio Yoshida was a producer at Anime International Company (AIC) from 2003 to 2010.
In February 2011, Yoshida established the animation studio BLADE at TOKYO ANIMAIDPLAZA; later appointed representative director and president at TOKYO ANIMAIDPLAZA and changed the company name to BLADE Co., Ltd. in December 2014.
