Katou Seishirou is a Japanese child actor who started his career incredibly early—he debuted at just 13 months old. He's best known for playing young Yoroku Higuchi (the childhood name of Kanetsugu Naoe, and later Kanetsugu's son Takematsu) in the 2009 NHK Taiga drama Tenchijin. That role was his real breakthrough and got him noticed.

Since then, he's kept pretty busy working across TV dramas, films, and commercials. He's still actively working in the industry.
