Tatsuya Kato is an anime composer from Chiba Prefecture who's been scoring shows since 2003. He studied at Tokyo College of Music under some seriously talented mentors—Shigeaki Saegusa, Katsuhisa Hattori, Reijiro Koroku, and Kentaro Haneda—which pretty much set the foundation for his whole career. These days he's based in Tokyo.
