Rina joined EXPG Yokohama around 2015. While there, she took vocal lessons and performed alongside Toa, plus trained with ITO, a dance instructor known for working with Girls2.

Her acting career kicked off in 2019 when she played Sarai, the antagonist-turned-important-supporting-character in Secret x Heroine Phantomirage. She came back to the Girls x Heroine franchise the next year for Police x Heroine Lovepatrina, reprising the same role. Both projects also spawned an idol unit called Lovely2, which she joined as a performer. That lasted about a year before moving on.

Currently, she's a member of Lucky2.
