Moe Koyano is a freelance animator based in Tokyo. She studied animation at Tokyo Polytechnic University, graduating from the Faculty of Arts in 2012, then went on to complete her master's degree at Tokyo University of the Arts in 2014, focusing on animation within their Film and New Media program.
