Tateishi Kiyoshi was born December 24, 1977 in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, he was raised in the Fukuoka Prefecture, but lives in Tokyo. For works he is crediting as Tateishi Kiyoshi (立石聖), but for other things he is using Shiwasu Takashi (師走貴志 or シワスタカシ) as a name. For some works he was credited as 師走聖.
On April, 1999, he joined Anime International Company (AIC). In March, 2003, he left AIC, and later went freelance. He is also apart of JAniCA.
