Masato Satou is an animator, storyboarder, and director belonging to Accel.
He is best known for his work as storyboarder and animation supervisor in many Meitantei Conan episodes. Between August 2003 and May 2008, he was also the director of the series, replacing Yasuichirou Yamamoto.
