Brian Tee (born Jae-Beom Takata) is best known for playing Dr. Ethan Choi on NBC's Chicago Med, a role he held through the show's first eight seasons from 2015 to 2022. He's become a fixture in prestige television, with appearances across Grey's Anatomy, Entourage, and the Nickelodeon series Zoey 101.
His film career kicked off with a memorable role as the antagonist D.K. in The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006), and he's since landed spots in major franchises—Jurassic World, The Wolverine, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows, where he played Shredder. He also took on Liu Kang in the 2013 web series Mortal Kombat: Legacy.
