An accomplished actor and narrator, Ishizaka is best known as the founder and current representative director of Ishizaka Musical Enterprise.

He studied law at Keio University but got his start in entertainment early—appearing in the drama O-Gen no Tamashii while still in high school in 1958. After graduating, he joined Gekidan Shiki and built his career from there as both a performer and voice actor.
