Fumio Ooi

Fumio Ooi graduated from Tama Art University's Department of Graphic Design in 1968. Early on, he worked primarily with hand-drawn animation, though he eventually shifted toward CG work as technology evolved.
He's best known for his long association with NHK's Minna no Uta program, where he created numerous videos. Ooi also contributed to Kihachiro Kawamoto's acclaimed anthology Fuyu no Hi, working alongside 34 other animators on the award-winning project.
