Luffy and the Straw Hats pull up to the Pirates Festival on the Sunny—basically the biggest pirate party in the world. Buena Festa's running the whole thing and has invited everyone who's anyone, including the Worst Generation crews, some of the Shichibukai, and even Marines. Apparently the festival's got enough mystery and excitement to draw in literally every pirate worth knowing. The main event is a treasure hunt. Buena Festa's hidden treasures that supposedly belonged to Gol D. Roger somewhere in the festival, and all the crews are competing to find them. What starts as a chaotic free-for-all between different pirate groups takes an unexpected turn when a mystery pirate shows up and completely shakes things up.
