Synopsis

After Kenshiro defeats Raoh, a new threat emerges in the form of the Gentou Kouken—a martial arts sect led by Falco, who serves under the tyrannical Jacko. Jacko claims to be chosen by the Tentei and forces his soldiers to round up anyone they can find to populate his new Imperial Capital. Kenshiro steps in to stop him, but during the chaos, Lynn gets kidnapped and taken to Shura—a brutal land where only the strongest fighters survive. To get her back, Kenshiro has to track down her captors and take down the three Rasho who rule the region.
