Synopsis

Tensions are escalating between the magical world and Academy City, forcing Touma Kamijou to throw himself into battle against espers and magicians alike to protect everyone around him. His right hand—capable of negating any power—becomes his greatest weapon, but he won't face this alone. Old allies and new enemies alike get pulled into the conflict, some fighting openly beside him and others working in the shadows. As the scale of the fighting expands, Toaru Majutsu no Index II ramps up both the action and comedy. A major conflict is brewing, and when magic and science finally collide, it'll shake everything.
