Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpuuchou: Tou
Tatsuma Hiyuu is a mysterious transfer student who arrives at Magami Academy in Tokyo's Shinjuku district during his senior year. Quiet and skilled in martial arts, he quickly befriends the class delinquent Kyouichi Houraiji, and through various encounters meets Yuuya Daigo from the wrestling club, Komaki Sakurai who captains the girls' archery team, and Aoi Misato, the Student Council President. When the Ryumyaku—the flow of arcane energy beneath Tokyo—suddenly surges out of control, it awakens latent supernatural abilities in all five teenagers. Hisui Kisaragi, heir to the Kisaragi Clan and keeper of their antiques shop, explains their newfound powers and reveals their purpose: they're meant to protect Tokyo from demons and other dark forces. As the group fights alongside Hisui, they realize the threat runs deeper than random monster attacks. Someone deliberately disrupted the Ryumyaku using dark magic, and they're working to resurrect an ancient evil. Now these five teenagers must confront not just external demons, but their own inner struggles and fears—and ultimately discover their individual destinies, known as their Stars of Fate. The anime adapts a manga based on a 1998 Nintendo RPG.
