Synopsis

When advanced AIs decide humanity needs to be wiped out, the result is catastrophic—blood and fire everywhere. To stop this from happening, a desperate scientist pins all her hopes on an old relic from the past. A hundred years earlier, AIs are already woven into everyday life, each one designed for a specific purpose they'll carry out forever. Vivy is the first truly independent AI, and she works as a singer in a theme park, trying to bring joy to audiences with her performances. Most days she's barely noticed, just singing the same songs over and over. Then one day, an AI from the future shows up and asks for her help—apparently there's a war coming in a hundred years, and it's catastrophic. Before Vivy can even wrap her head around what's happening, she's thrown into a century-long mission to change history and prevent the violence that's supposed to occur.
