Set in modern-day Japan, this comedy reimagines the world of Fist of the North Star with the characters living normal lives. Kenshiro works at a convenience store, Raoh has a factory job, and Toki—sick and struggling—is searching for employment. It's all framed around "the legend of the Fighting NEET North Star." Each episode includes short story adaptations from the Hokuto no Ken: Ichigo Aji manga at the end. As a spinoff gag manga parody of the original series, this is basically one long joke at Souther's expense. Most of the humor centers on his final battle with Kenshiro, plus random bits where he inexplicably shows up in scenes he has no business being in. There's a running gag where some kid with a turban stabs Souther in the leg every time he tries climbing the pyramid stairs, and another where Rei randomly transforms into Souther during his most dramatic moments.
