Synopsis

No matter how many times Takemichi jumps back through time, he can't seem to stop Hinata Tachibana from dying in the present day. As an adult drowning in grief, he's forced to watch the Tokyo Manji gang—a monster he accidentally created through his own timeline meddling—spiral under the control of the ruthless Tetta Kisaki. The gang's original leader, the idealistic Manjirou "Mikey" Sano, is long gone, replaced by someone far more sinister. Desperate and running out of options, Takemichi goes back to the past again, this time to dig into Black Dragon, a rival gang whose actions set off the chain of events that kills Hinata. He connects with Hakkai Shiba there, a young member trapped under his tyrannical older brother Taiju's control. When Taiju nearly kills Takemichi in a brutal fight, Hakkai wants to leave Tokyo Manji to make up for it—but Takemichi knows that path leads somewhere dark, so he has to stop him. Meeting Chifuyu Matsuno becomes a turning point. The two form a real bond, something both of them desperately need. With Chifuyu backing him up, Takemichi starts piecing together the fates of Black Dragon's members, determined to rewrite everyone's futures and finally save the people he cares about.
