Synopsis

Kyouhei thought moving to Tokyo meant leaving his past behind. Then he stumbles across a dead body and realizes nothing's that simple—especially when your past involves things like this. Back home, Kyouhei was a "seki," someone who can mentally control kakashi: ancient wooden gods that are basically unstoppable. He'd managed to put all that weirdness in his rearview mirror. But now a kakashi has shown up in Tokyo, and there's only one person qualified to deal with it—Kyouhei. Problem is, he's not just hunting the puppet. He's hunting its seki too.
