Seiji Kishi is an anime director from Shiga Prefecture, Japan, and the representative director of Team Till Dawn. He also serves as a board member at Logistics.
Kishi's path into animation started early—he was drawing pictures as a kid and won several awards in elementary school, which solidified his dream of becoming an animation director (though he's acknowledged this was partly based on a misunderstanding of what the job actually involved). After high school, he attended Yoyogi Animation Gakuin before landing work as an animator at Asia-Do.
He eventually went freelance for a bit, then joined Logistics, where he worked in software development and handled animation tasks. There he also developed tools specifically for animation work in games. While still at Logistics, Kishi founded Team Till Dawn in 2002—a move that essentially launched his career as an anime director proper.
