Synopsis

Kyousuke comes home one night to find his mother bleeding out on the floor. In her dying moments, she stabs him in the chest. He recovers quickly, but he's left with way more questions than answers about why she did it. Things get complicated fast. Two rival groups—the Hospital and the Kirihara Group—start coming after him, both demanding information about someone he's never even heard of. Turns out he has a twin sister named Runa, and apparently both organizations are desperate to find her. That's when Kyousuke realizes something's seriously wrong with him. He can transform into a grotesque mutant creature called the SoulTaker. Armed with this power, he decides to take the fight to both groups, figure out what his mother was really involved in, and keep Runa safe.
