Synopsis

Usagi Tsukino seems like your typical underachiever—bad grades, clumsy, cries easily. Her ordinary life gets turned upside down when she rescues a cat with a crescent moon marking, only to learn that meeting wasn't coincidence at all. The cat, Luna, tells her she's actually Sailor Moon, a planetary guardian meant to protect Earth. Armed with a magical brooch that lets her transform, Usagi starts fighting off monsters that drain energy from the city—creatures sent by the Dark Kingdom's Queen Beryl. But fighting monsters is just the beginning of her problems. Usagi has to track down the lost Moon Kingdom princess, recruit the other Sailor Guardians, and find the Legendary Silver Crystal before the planet gets destroyed. No pressure, right?
