A Canadian voice actor from Toronto, Ontario, Stocker has been working in animation since the 1970s. He's probably best known to '80s kids as the voice of Beastly, the main villain in the Nelvana Care Bears cartoon series.

What's pretty remarkable is that he voiced characters across all three Super Mario Bros. animated shows—a rare feat among voice actors. Most notably, he played Toad in the series. Beyond animation, Stocker has done extensive video game work, lending his voice to everything from the Jagged Alliance games and Silent Storm to anime like Naruto and action games such as Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory and Spawn: In the Demon's Hand.
