Synopsis

Mafuyu Satou spends his days in isolation, but one afternoon he naps on the school gym stairs and runs into Ritsuka Uenoyama, who's appalled to find his guitar completely neglected—strings rusted and broken. Uenoyama agrees to fix it and teach him to play, then invites Satou to jam with his band: bassist Haruki Nakayama and drummer Akihiko Kaji. When Satou sings, everyone's immediately struck by how good he is. Uenoyama wants him as the band's lead vocalist right away. Satou's hesitant about it until reconnecting with an old friend gives him the push he needs. With his new bandmates' encouragement, he throws himself into learning guitar and slowly uncovers the story behind how he came to own the instrument in the first place.
