Seven years after the original series, the Gunpla Battle Club at Seiho Academy is basically dead—just one member, third-year middle schooler Hoshino Fumina, holding down the fort as president. With the All-Japan Gunpla Battle Championships coming up, she desperately needs two more people to field a team. Then a transfer student named Kamiki Sekai shows up, fresh off traveling the country training in martial arts with his master.
