Synopsis

Kenma Kozume doesn't love volleyball—it's just something he happens to be good at. But now that Nekoma High has made it to the Spring Nationals, he's about to face off against Karasuno, their biggest rivals. The challenge ahead? Breaking down Karasuno's frustratingly solid team and leading Nekoma to victory. Oh, and he'll be playing directly against his friend Shouyou Hinata, the surprisingly skilled middle blocker on Karasuno's roster. Karasuno's never managed to beat Nekoma in practice, but something about meeting them for real at Nationals—no second chances, no takebacks—actually gets to Kenma. For the first time, he feels a spark of genuine excitement. If Karasuno wants to make the semifinals and reclaim their team's former strength, they'll have to outsmart Kenma's strategic genius and win on his home court.
