Seiya Kanie is a narcissistic high school student who thinks Isuzu Sento, a reserved girl he likes, is taking him on a date to an amusement park. Turns out she's actually recruiting him to manage Amagi Brilliant Park, which is owned by Princess Latifa Fleuranza and currently a total dump. The park's in serious trouble—they need to hit 500,000 visitors in less than three months or the land gets seized and redeveloped by some corporate real estate company. Most of the staff are Maple Landers, magical creatures from another world who literally feed off the happiness and fun that guests experience.
