Recently, my sister is unusual.
Saikin, Imouto no Yousu ga Chotto Okashiinda ga.
Saikin, Imouto no Yousu ga Chotto Okashiinda ga. is about a newly blended family trying to make things work. When the Kanzakis marry, they bring their respective kids into the mix—but high school freshman Mitsuki isn't happy about it. She's got baggage from past relationships with her father, so she's not exactly warming up to her new stepfather and stepbrother Yuuya. Then Mitsuki ends up in the hospital after an accident, and things get weird fast. She wakes up possessed by Hiyori Kotobuki, a girl her age who died while hopelessly in love with Yuuya. Here's the problem: Hiyori's ghost can't move on because of that unrequited love, and she's determined to do something about it—using Mitsuki's body to make her move. Now Mitsuki's stuck. She needs to help Hiyori pass on to the afterlife, but that means dealing with a pushy, lovesick ghost while sharing her own body. On top of that, she's got to figure out her feelings for her new family—especially whether some of her resistance to Yuuya might actually be something else entirely. It's a mess, but it might be exactly what Mitsuki needs to finally let people in.
