Synopsis

Dr. Kochin, a biotech scientist, is hunting down the dragon balls to resurrect his frozen master, Dr. Uirou—a power-hungry mad scientist who's been trapped in ice in the Tsurumai-Tsuburi Mountains. When Gohan and Oolong show up looking for the balls themselves, they get attacked by Kochin's bio-engineered soldiers. Piccolo tries to step in and help, but he gets cornered by three strange fighters, and the whole thing ends when the ice cracks beneath them and swallows Gohan and Oolong up. Back at Kame House, more Bio-Men show up demanding that Master Roshi come with them. He wipes them out without breaking a sweat, which gets Kochin's attention—the guy assumes Roshi's the world's strongest fighter. So Kochin grabs Bulma as leverage and forces Roshi to tag along, though he keeps his actual plans under wraps. What's really going on with these two scientists, and what do they actually want?
