Synopsis

After his fight with Magia Lupus exposes what he can really do, Mash gets a brief moment to celebrate—but it's cut short when the Bureau of Magic hauls him in front of the Divine Visionaries. They take one look at him and decide he should be executed. Then Innocent Zero shows up and ruins everything by demanding Mash stay alive, which complicates matters significantly. Mash demonstrates he can handle Innocent Zero just fine, but the Divine Visionaries aren't swayed. His execution gets called off anyway, thanks to some unexpected help from Divine Visionary Rayne Ames and Headmaster Wahlberg Baigan, who manage to buy him time until Innocent Zero is dealt with. The catch? Mash has to become a Divine Visionary candidate by the end of the year, or all bets are off.
