Synopsis

The Straw Hat crew is running low on food while sailing toward the Grand Line, so Luffy heads out on his own to find something to eat. He stumbles across a pirate ship belonging to a guy named Gally, commandeers it, and crashes it near a town. There he gets attacked by a girl named Silk, who thinks he's part of a rival pirate crew. After they share a meal and swap stories, things get complicated—Gally and his crew show up furious about losing their ship and start shaking down the defenseless townspeople for compensation.
