Synopsis

Papi is the president of a distant planet, but he's forced to flee to Earth when the military stages a coup. Doraemon and Nobita are happy to take him in, along with Gian and Suneo, but there's a problem—Papi's enemies followed him here. Not wanting to drag his new friends into an intergalactic conflict, Papi keeps quiet about the danger. Of course, that doesn't last long. When his pursuers show up on Earth, Doraemon, Nobita, Gian, Suneo, and Shizuka find themselves on the adventure of a lifetime trying to keep Papi safe and hidden.
