Synopsis

The hunt for the legendary Ainu gold is heating up as more dangerous ex-cons enter the game, all desperate to keep their tattooed skin intact. Sugimoto and Asirpa are finally back on the same page, though Asirpa's time away with Kiroranke and Ogata has shifted her goals and hardened her resolve. As they leave Russian territory, an unexpected companion tags along with their group. Hijikata and his crew are making serious progress collecting the tattooed skins, but they walk straight into a trap set by one of the most lethal convicts around. Every faction has its own edge, yet even the ruthless First Lieutenant Tsurumi—arguably the strongest player in this whole mess—can't move forward without Asirpa. What he's actually planning for when they finally cross paths is anyone's guess.
