Synopsis

Zenigata gets pulled off the Lupin case and spirals into depression, which somehow leads to him drinking with Lupin and Jigen. Lupin decides they should actually team up to tackle Zenigata's new assignment—taking down an arms dealing organization called Shot Shell. He brings the full crew together: Jigen, Goemon, and Fujiko. With Zenigata's help, they steal a Russian submarine and kidnap a scientist named Karen Korinsky to operate it. She also needs protecting from Shot Shell's reach. Things get complicated when the ICPO assigns Keith Hayden to hunt Lupin instead. Unlike Zenigata, Hayden doesn't care about capturing them alive—he wants them dead. From that point on, Keith dogs their every move, looking for openings to take out Lupin's gang one by one.
