Synopsis

Fourteen-year-old Iruma Suzuki has spent his whole life working to support his deadbeat parents. Then one day he finds out they've sold him to a demon named Sullivan. But instead of being eaten or enslaved, Sullivan just wants a grandchild—so he pampers Iruma and enrolls him in Babyls, a school for demons. Iruma's main goal becomes simple: keep his head down and don't let anyone find out he's human. Easier said than done, though. Turns out Sullivan is the school's chairman, and everyone just assumes Iruma will be the next Demon King. Things spiral pretty quickly. During a school gathering, Iruma gets forced into chanting a forbidden spell in front of everyone, which instantly makes him famous for all the wrong reasons. From there, he's basically guaranteed to keep getting dragged into increasingly ridiculous situations.
