Synopsis

Twelve thousand years after the original Genesis Aquarion, humanity lives on the star Vega, constantly hunted by interdimensional invaders called Abductors that raid from the neighboring star Altair. The organization Neo-DEAVA was created to fight back using advanced mecha called Aquaria, but with a strict rule: male and female pilots are completely separated and never allowed to fight together. Everything changes when a powerful new Abductor mecha appears, pulling two teenagers—Amata and Mikono—into the conflict. Amata does something that shouldn't be possible: he summons an Aquaria and merges a male unit with a female one, creating what's known as the Forbidden Union. Neo-DEAVA is thrown into chaos. The questions pile up fast. How does Amata even know how to pilot? Where did he learn to perform a forbidden fusion? And why can Mikono pilot too? Whatever Amata's just triggered has consequences way bigger than anyone expected.
