Synopsis

The CH Postal Company gets a job transcribing a love letter for Irma Felice, a celebrated opera singer. Violet takes on the work and meets with her, but Irma's vague and unhelpful—she just tells Violet to write from her own heart instead. No matter how many drafts Violet produces, nothing satisfies her. Desperate, Violet loops in her coworkers to brainstorm some love letters of their own. Still no luck. Finally, Violet pushes Irma to actually open up about what she's feeling, betting that's the real issue. The question is whether Violet can finally crack the code and put those emotions into words.
