ARCAM, a secret organization, discovers Noah's Ark hidden in Turkey's Ararat Mountains. But a rogue Pentagon faction called the U.S. Machine Corps wants to seize it for global domination. Standing against them are the Spriggans—ARCAM's elite operatives. Japanese Spriggan Yu Ominae and his French counterpart Jean-Jacques Mondo join forces to take down the Machine Corps' leader, Col.
