Synopsis

The Daedalus Group, a massive corporation, becomes the target of eco-terrorists calling themselves the Ghost of Icarus. While treating victims from their bombing campaign, Black Jack runs into Dr. Kiriko—a doctor who, like him, charges astronomical fees for his services. But instead of healing people, Kiriko specializes in helping them die peacefully. When the activist group tries to recruit both doctors to their cause, Black Jack gets pulled into a dangerous situation where he's juggling his patients' lives, moral compromises, and the threat of a biological weapon that could wipe out humanity.
