Synopsis

Five years after the original Dragon Ball tournament, Goku's now a grown man with a wife, Chi-Chi, and a young son named Gohan. A reunion with his old friends on Turtle Island gets crashed by an alien named Raditz, who drops a bombshell about Goku's true origins and kidnaps Gohan in the process. Raditz proves way stronger than anything Goku's faced before, forcing him into an uneasy alliance with Piccolo—his former enemy—to get his son back. When they reveal the existence of the Dragon Balls to Raditz, he casually mentions that more of his kind, the Saiyans, are on their way to Earth. And yeah, they're definitely interested in those wish-granting orbs. That's basically where things kick off. From here on out, Goku and his crew find themselves in a constant fight for survival against threats that just keep getting stronger and weirder. The series blends action, comedy, and genuine heart as these characters face challenges that push them beyond everything they thought they were capable of.
