Synopsis

Lupin steals something from Area 51—and whatever it is, it's a big deal. A group of four ruthless women called the Bloody Angels are after the same treasure for their own terrorist agenda, making them way more dangerous than Lupin's usual opponents. While Lupin's trying to figure out what he's gotten himself into, Inspector Zenigata partners up with a female cop to track down both Lupin and the Angels.
