Synopsis

Negotiation is a weapon—that's the core idea behind this popular manga that ran in Kodansha's Afternoon magazine for a decade. Beppu Yuugo is basically the world's best negotiator, and his only real tool is talking. He doesn't resort to killing or intimidating people with violence. Instead, he relies on his knowledge, level-headedness, and genuine faith in people's better nature. It's worked out pretty well for him so far through countless dangerous situations. The series focuses on two particular cases: one set in Russia, the other in Pakistan. From the frozen Siberian wasteland to the scorching desert, Yuugo puts his negotiation skills to the test.
