Synopsis

Joe Shimamura looks like your average guy, but he's actually Cyborg 009—part of a team of nine cyborgs dedicated to fighting evil. Each member has a unique ability: some can fly, others can breathe underwater or dissolve materials. They weren't volunteers. The evil organization Neo-Black Ghosts forcibly turned them into cyborgs to use them for their own purposes. But Joe and the others had other plans. They escaped and started using their powers to take down their creators and anyone else who threatened humanity.
