A guy wakes up one morning to find he's turned into a Squirtle. The world he's in is basically falling apart—natural disasters everywhere. He ends up meeting Charmander and Chikorita, who run a Pokemon rescue team called Team Go-Getters. Squirtle decides to join them, and their first mission is to rescue Pikachu, who's Pichu's older brother, from Skarmory. Things get complicated when Gengar and his crew, Team Meanies, show up to cause trouble.
