Synopsis

After Aichi Sendou defeats Link Joker and saves the world, Toshiki Kai thinks everything's back to normal. But when he stops by Card Capital, he realizes everyone has completely forgotten who Aichi is. Determined to figure out what happened to his friend, Kai starts digging for answers. While searching through Aichi's high school, Kai gets a vision of Blaster Blade—Aichi's signature Cardfight Vanguard card. Then, out of nowhere, Aichi's Royal Paladin deck materializes in his hands. Armed with these familiar cards, Kai duels Aichi's old friends one by one, helping each of them remember how much Aichi meant to them. Once they've got their memories back, they all band together with Kai to track down Aichi and bring him home.
