Synopsis

When Koutarou Satomi's father gets transferred for work, the first-year high school student suddenly needs to find somewhere cheap to live. He lands on Room 106 at Corona House—just five thousand yen a month, which is perfect. Things seem fine until he discovers a mysterious cave while working his part-time job. That night, everything changes. A bunch of girls start showing up at his apartment, each claiming they own the place. There's Sanae, a ghost; Yurika, a magical girl; Theiamillis, an alien princess; and Kiriha, who's part of some underground Earth People civilization. Turns out they all need the room for their own reasons, and none of them are willing to give it up without a fight. What follows is basically a comedy battle royale happening in a six-tatami mat apartment, complete with supernatural chaos, typical high school romance drama, and a surprisingly chill landlady watching it all go down.
