Nozomi and the crew are back in action as Precure, and things are far from finished. They receive new powers from Flora, a mysterious figure who's waiting for them in the legendary Cure Rose Garden. To get there, they'll need to master the Rose Pact—a magical artifact that comes with one major problem: none of them have a clue how to use it. Their solution? Track down the four monarchs of the countries bordering Palmier for some guidance. Of course, nothing's ever simple. There's Syrup, a delivery boy with a serious attitude problem and a genuine desire to reach the Garden—though nobody knows much about him.
