Toudou Izumi is actually a collective pseudonym used by the staff at Toei Animation. The name comes from Toei Doka Oizumi Studio—basically a shorthand that pulls from "Studio Oizumi" of the larger Toei Animation operation. So whenever you see that credit, you're really looking at work done by multiple people at the studio rather than a single creator.
