In 2199, an alien race called the Gamilons declare war on humanity with plans to colonize Earth. Despite humanity's best efforts, the invaders' superior technology decimates the planet's surface, making it completely uninhabitable. Then Queen Starsha of Iscandar offers humanity a lifeline: the Cosmo-Cleaner D, a device capable of neutralizing Earth's radiation poisoning.
