Koukyoushihen Eureka Seven: New Order
A clip episode that revisits events from episode 48 onward, but with newly recorded dialogue that had never aired before. The staff at Studio BONES originally conceived this special as an alternate ending for the series. In March 2012, they took existing footage from the TV run and paired it with previously unreleased audio, creating something entirely new for broadcast. The new audio in episode 51 follows Eureka as she undertakes a spiritual journey to scatter seven pieces of her soul across the land to bring it peace. It ends with Eureka and Renton forced to separate, though Renton refuses to accept it as permanent—swearing that they'll reunite someday. This ending is completely unrelated to Eureka Seven AO, the franchise's sequel. Since this version never made it to air during the original TV series, it remains a "what if" scenario. AO actually picks up from episode 50 instead, continuing the canon that actually happened.
